The centrepiece of the bike backpack is the removable LITESHIELD PLUS BACK PROTECTOR, which can absorb approx. 95% of the impact energy, thus fulfilling protection class 2. Thanks to the BODY HUGGING Fit, the protector backpack and its contents also fit snugly on bumpy rides. The AIR CIRCULATION system also ensures pleasant ventilation.

Highlights & Technologies:

LITESHIELD PLUS BACK PROTECTOR:
The extremely lightweight and flexible LITESHIELD PLUS back protector (EN 1621-2) provides excellent level 2 impact protection. The two-component sandwich construction consists of a combination of expanded polypropylene and a TPU backing layer. The cross- or plus-shaped elements of the protector ensure good air circulation and high flexibility.
Should the protector be damaged after a serious crash, evoc will replace it free of charge as part of the FREE PROTECTOR CRASH REPLACEMENT program.

AIR CIRCULATION:
The AIR CIRCULATION system is used for all evoc backpacks, as it ensures best ventilation during intensive activities and prevents the sensitive kidney area from getting chilled. A constant, free air circulation is guaranteed by a vertical air channel. Side cutouts along the channel allow air to escape.

BODY HUGGING:
The main characteristic of the BODY HUGGING fit by evoc is a snug fit of the backpack and a load distribution over a large surface on the hips. Thanks to an optimized connection between the shoulder straps and the hip fins that "grow out" of the back panel, the backpack reliably stays in position – for more comfort and control.

BRACE LINK:
The flexible adjustment of the shoulder straps to the individual shoulder width supports load distribution to the body's centre of gravity. This feature also makes it possible to wear a neck brace.

AIRO FLEX:
AIRO FLEX is an extremely robust fabric with high breathability and flexibility. It is used for evoc´s high-quality waist belts to ensure optimal load distribution on the hip as well as maximum ventilation – for highest comfort.
